USER AGREEMENT (SaaS TERMS OF SERVICE)

1. Parties

This User Agreement is entered into electronically between Informax Assist Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. and the user accessing or using the service.

2. Description of the Service

The company provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform accessible over the internet.

As part of the service, the user may:

• access the software platform;
• perform data-related operations; and
• use the functions and features made available within the service.

3. Account Registration

The user must create an account in order to use the service.

The user agrees to:

• provide accurate and current information;
• maintain the confidentiality and security of account credentials; and
• not share username or password information with unauthorized third parties.

4. Subscription Plans

The service may be offered under different subscription plans, including:

• monthly subscriptions; and
• annual subscriptions.

The user agrees to pay the fees applicable to the selected plan.

5. Payment Terms

Payments may be processed through:

• credit cards;
• payment service providers; and
• electronic payment systems.

The company may decline to activate or continue service until payment has been successfully received.

6. Renewal

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of the billing cycle.

The user may cancel before the applicable renewal date.

7. Acceptable Use

The user shall not:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the software;
• misuse or interfere with the system;
• perform actions that may damage, disable, or impair the service;
• use the service for unlawful purposes; or
• infringe the rights of any third party.

8. Service Interruptions

The company may suspend or limit access to the service temporarily in cases such as:

• scheduled maintenance;
• security measures;
• technical failures; or
• infrastructure-related issues.

Where reasonably practicable, users will be informed within an appropriate time.

9. Intellectual Property

The software, design, branding, and all related content are owned by Informax Assist Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş.

No ownership rights are transferred to the user. The user receives only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service in accordance with this agreement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the company shall not be liable for:

• indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages;
• loss of data; or
• loss of revenue, profits, business opportunities, or commercial value.

11. Suspension and Termination

The company may suspend or terminate the user account in cases including:

• breach of this agreement;
• unlawful or unauthorized use of the service; or
• failure to make required payment.
